DATED : 31 MARCH, 2015 The petitioner wishes to raise additional grounds to support it's challenge.
Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank is opposing said application. According to him, time should be given to respondent-Bank to file reply.
Advocate Shri Bhangde states that interim order operating in favour of the petitioner has been vacated subsequently and the matter is urgent. According to him all objections could be kept open and the amendment can be allowed.
As yet this Court has not issued rule in the matter, keeping all objections of the respondent-Bank open, we allow additional grounds to be raised. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.
Liberty to the respondents to file their reply/additional reply, if any, within further period of one week. List the matter after two weeks.
