Heard rival submissions. The application is filed for condonation of delay of only 29 days in filing the revision application against the order dated 21.10.2023 by the applicants who are the wife and children of the respondent-husband. It is significant to note that the respondent- husband has also filed Revision Application challenging the same order in respect of the maintenance granted to the children.

In view of the same and considering the short period of delay, the application stands allowed and the delay of 29 days in filing revision application stands condoned.

The APPR 64/2024 stands disposed of.

The revision application be restored after removal office objections, if any.
