Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Seen the order dated 16th December, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 550 of 2014. With the assistance of learned counsel for parties, we have perused the circumstances narrated by learned Trial Judge in his Judgment. Prima facie, so far as the present Applicant is concerned, we find that the appellant should be released on bail pending disposal of present appeal. Hence we make the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application No. 180 of 2015 is

disposed of.

[b] The sentence awarded to the appellant is suspended.

[c] Appellant Manojkumar Mansaram Sonkalyari be released on bail upon furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs.

25,000/- [rupees twenty-five thousand only] with one surety in the like amount.

[d] Appellant shall report to Chandrapur City Police Station on last Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m., and 4.00 p.m.
