By this Application, Appellant seeks condonation of delay in preferring the Appeal. 3.
For the reasons mentioned in the Application, particularly in paragraph no. 3 of the Application, I am satisfied that the delay caused in preferring the Appeal is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay. Yadav VG 1/2

In view thereof, delay in preferring the present Appeal is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/-. The costs to be deposited with the Vidarbha Lady Lawyer's Association, Nagpur.

It is made clear that the Appellant will not be entitled to claim interest on the decreetal amount from the date of the impugned Judgment and Award till today, if the Appeal is allowed.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause therein and disposed of accordingly. FIRST APPEAL (ST) NO. 5359 OF 2018 .
