WRIT PETITION NO. 1413/2023 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.5 falls in Category II while the petitioner nos. 19, 21 to 23 fall in Category I after the cut off date which is 30.06.2022. They have however crossed the age of 53 years prior to preparation of the transfer list on 24.02.2023. Our attention is invited to an order passed in Writ Petition No.1321/2023 (Lukhram U.Kbobragade and ors Vs. The State of Mah.and ors.) on 28.02.2023.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27.03.2023. Shri A.S.Fulzele, Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent no.1.
