In this appeal, by the judgment dated 11.01.2018, this Court had remitted the matter back to the trial Court with a direction to re-try the appellant from the stage of charge in accordance with law and with a further direction that the trial of the appellant should be completed preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the appellant before the trial Court. A letter has been received from the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Akot seeking extension of time of two months for completion of trial of the appellant. For the reasons stated in the letter, the request is granted and the aforesaid Court is granted further time of two months from today to complete the trial of the appellant. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Court, immediately.
