Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that she had already supplied a copy of an application to the learned Counsel for the non-applicant appearing for the non-applicant in the lower Court. However, it appears that, the said learned Counsel has not filed a Vakalatnama on behalf of the non-applicant.

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 222 days in filing the present revision application against the maintenance order passed by the learned Family Court, Yavatmal. The application is remained unopposed. As such, considering the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed and disposed of. The delay is condoned.

The revision application be registered after removal of all the office objections, if any.
