This is an application for speaking to minutes. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though wrongly it was stated that the charge-sheet was not filed, however, the charge-sheet is filed. 3.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed.

Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 14.03.2022 is therefore deleted and instead of that following shall be the paragraph No.4 in the said order :

"4. In view of the law laid down by this Court in Criminal Application (APL) No.453/2020, though the Investigating Officer may continue with the investigation, he shall not file charge-sheet against the applicant without leave of this Court"

The entire corrected order dated 14.03.2022 should be uploaded.
