By these writ petitions, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to grant the pay-scale of the untrained teachers to the petitioners and pay arrears to them in the light of the circular, dated 24.04.2007.

Shri Malokar, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad in Writ Petition No.3107 of 2015, states that the issue involved in these cases stands answered against the petitioners by the judgment, dated 16.10.2015 in a bunch of writ petitions bearing Writ Petition No.2440 of 2014 and others. It is stated that the judgment dated 16.10.2015 is upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the special leave petition filed by the untrained teachers is dismissed. It is stated that for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 16.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.2440 of 2014 and others, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 16.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.2440 of 2014 and others, we dismiss these writ petitions with no order as to costs.
