ATED : 13th March, 2020 This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the Revision.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the contents of the Application. On a perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.

In view thereof, the delay in filing the Revision is condoned. The Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of. The Revision be registered.

Issue notice to the respondent on Revision as well as Application for suspension of sentence, returnable after two weeks.
