Heard Shri Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Dangre, learned GP for the respondents. Voters list has become final on 14.03.2015. If the relief as sought for in this petition is granted, names of voters may be required to be shifted from one ward to adjacent ward. Such voters who may be likely to be shifted are not parties before this Court. Therefore, writ petition is dismissed.
