CORAM : B. P. DHARMADHIKARI AND S. B. SHUKRE, JJ.
: 08 MAY, 2015 Dispute between the rival groups appears to be the root cause for moving representation before respondent No.1Dy. Director of Education. The provision under which said representation is made is not very clear. Advocate Shri Dhore, however, has pointed out that said Authority has granted hearing on 24/4/2014 and orders are yet to be passed. In this situation, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction.
With liberty to petitioner to move appropriate reminder to respondent No.1 and with further liberty to move for redressal of grievance as per law, if cognizance is not taken within reasonable time, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE wwl
