Learned Addl. PP submits that charge-sheet has been filed on 17/03/2016. Application is not suitably amended. We permit applicant No.1 to represent all the applicants before the trial Court and to file appropriate application in accordance with the law within fifteen days. If such application is filed, the trial Court to decide the same within further period of two months. Till then personal appearance of the applicants shall not be insisted upon by the trial Court unless so warranted.
