Palshikar, APP for respondent CORAM : S. B. Shukre, J DATE : 22.3.2018 Heard. Perused the First Information Report and reply of the prosecution together with other material placed on record.
It appears that the reason behind the deceased taking extreme step in this case, was dispute between the applicants on the one hand and the deceased on the other over payment of interest on the amount borrowed by the deceased. Having regard to the nature of allegations, I am of the view that this a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 6th March 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with clarification that now the applicants shall attend Police Station as and when required.
