After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers and the reply filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, which shows that after externment order is passed, he entered into the vicinity of the Wardha District. In view of the above, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.
