Reply of the prosecution is taken on record. On going through the FIR filed in this case and the FIR filed in the counter case, I find that the possibility of the exaggerations being made by both the sides is not ruled out. Admittedly, iron pipe allegedly used in carrying out the assault has been recovered from Ramesh, the father of the applicant, who is also a co-accused. Therefore, it appears that custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow this application. The application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.45/2018 registered at Old City Police Station, Akola, the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum

aba.137.18 2/2 on the following conditions :

i.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station everyday between 05:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m. for a period of one week starting from 19th March, 2018 and also on such other occasions, as may be required by the Investigating Officer. ii. The applicants shall co-operative with the police in the investigation.

iii. The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
