After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers and considering the prima facie case is made out against the present applicant against whom there are allegations of sexual assault on minor girl hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
