The applicant is permitted to serve the legal heir No.1 of respondent No.3 by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect and also remove office objections, if any, by next date, failing which the applicant shall deposit Rupees Five Hundred towards costs, with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
