07th July, 2017 By these applications, the legal heirs of the appellant are sought to be brought on record. It is stated that the appellant expired on 8th August, 2016 and as the applicants were not aware about the pendency of the proceedings, some delay has been caused.

The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

However, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned and legal

heirs of appellant are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Applications are allowed and disposed of.
