CORAM

: A.S.CHANDURKAR, J.

DATED : 18.09.2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the finding of fact recorded that the applicants failed to prove that any essential services had been withheld as contemplated by Section 29 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999, no jurisdictional error is found in the impugned orders. A positive finding has been recorded by both the Courts that the access of the applicants to the suit premises has not been denied. Hence, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned orders. The Civil Revision Application is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
