For the reasons stated in the application, the petition stands restored at its original place, subject to payment of the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be deposited with High Court Bar Library, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks.

The petitioner shall remove office objection within two weeks, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

If the costs are paid and office objections are removed in time, list the petition for hearing on 13.7.2024.
