Effort of learned counsel is to demonstrate that while Ward Numbers mentioned in the year 2010 are rotated in the year 2015, the number of seats have not been proportionately given. Our attention has been drawn to the situation prevailing in the year 2011 as explained by the map at page 14 and it is compared with map of 2015, ward formation at page 16. Though the map at page 14 gives some details, the latter map at page 16, apart from giving ward numbers, does not contain necessary information. In this situation, we find material on record inadequate to take any decision.

Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of.
