2) In view of the assurance given by Mr.Mohgaonkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner that within one week all the Office objections will be removed and costs of Rs.1000/- will be paid to the High Court Bar Library, the order of dismissing the petition stands recalled subject to the aforesaid compliance. 3) In case the compliance is not reported within one week, the order dismissing the petition shall govern the proceedings.
