The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara and the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to transfer the petitioner from Zilla Parishad, Bhandara to Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that the proposal for transfer of the petitioner from Zilla Parishad, Bhandara to Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur is approved by the Zilla Parishad, Bhandara and the said Zilla Parishad does not have any objection to the transfer of the petitioner from the said Zilla Parishad to Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur.

Shri Thakre, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, states that the proposal of the petitioner would be decided within a period of two weeks. By accepting the statement made on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur that would be binding on the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
