Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The present application is filed for condonation and restoration of Contempt Petition Stamp No.21157/2023. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that contempt petition was filed online and it was kept for removal of objections. Though the objections were removed, it was showing for objection itself. He submits that the applicant was under the bona fide belief that objections are removed, and therefore, no proper steps were taken. 3.
The matter was taken up on the Registrar (Judicial) Board on 08.01.2024 and since no one appeared

Considering the contents of the present application supported by affidavit, the delay in filing of the Misc. Civil Application for restoration is condoned. Contempt Petition Stamp No.21157/2023 is restored subject to applicant depositing costs of Rs.2000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and removing all objections within a period of one week.

Applications stands disposed of accordingly.
