CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 152 OF 2025 1) Vide an order dated 23/09/2025, the appellant is directed to file private paper book. The appellant sought eight weeks' time, however, till date, the paper book is not filed. We may note here that application filed by the Kavita

The learned counsel for the appellant then sought permission to withdraw the application and requested to expedite the appeal. Accordingly, the request was accepted and directions to file paper book were given. It appears that the appellant is not interested in early disposal of the appeal.
