DATED : 08-03-2017 This application is moved by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies praying that the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6220/2016 on 07-03-2017 be kept in abeyance for eight weeks to enable the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate steps in the matter. Though it is submitted that the Authorized Officer (Administrator) is a Government Officer and no prejudice would be caused to the members of the executive committee of the co-operative society if the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment is kept in abeyance, it is not understood what prejudice is caused to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies who in this matter exercises the quasi-judicial powers. The respondent No.2 has not been able to make out any case for grant of the prayer made in this civil
