The request in this civil application is seeking return of certified copies of judgments and decrees of both the courts below.

The above second appeal, by order dated 26.2.2020, allowed to be withdrawn with permission to avail remedy, as available under the law. In the civil application, it is stated that to avail the remedy available under the law, the applicant is in need of certified copies of judgment and decree dated 2.11.2019 passed by District Judge-6, Nagpur and judgment and decree dated 30.10.2017 passed in R.C.S. No.41/2014 by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur.

The learned advocate for the applicant-appellant states that there is urgency of seeking return of certified copies for the purpose of availing available remedy.
