The challenge raised to the impugned order dated 31.01.2025 is not pressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

That being so, the petition stands dismissed to the said extent viz. the challenge to the claim of the petitioner of belonging to Halba Scheduled Tribe. However, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach before the Employer in view of existing policy seeking accommodation on the supernumerary post. In case, if such request is made, the same be decided in accordance with law.
