Heard Shri J.B.Gandhi, the learned advocate for the petitioner, Mr.R.G.Kavimandan, the learned advocate holding for Shri R.L. Khapre, advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. S.B.Ahirkar, the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 3 to 5. The learned advocates for the contesting parties i.e. petitioner and respondent Nos.1 and 2 submit that Special Civil Suit No.64 of 2014, subject matter of which was same, as the subject matter of this writ petition, has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the civil suit has been disposed of in terms of the compromise. It is submitted that the terms of the compromise take care of the grievance made by the petitioner in this writ petition. This Civil Application is filed jointly by the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
In view of the above facts, the writ petition is disposed of accepting the terms of settlement between the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as incorporated in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the Civil Application.
In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
