Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and video quality was proper.

We have perused the application and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering prayer clauses (1) and (2) made in the writ petition, we find that the relief prayed therein has been granted vide para 8 of the judgment dated 12.02.2020. In that view of the matter, the clarification as prayed for does not deserve to be granted.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved on he not being found fit for promotion, the same gives a separate cause of action for him for taking appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The civil application stands disposed of.
