Date : 6 th October, 2015 The petition has become infructuous, as the respondent No.3 has already been removed from the post of Sarpanch by way of no confidence motion. In the order impugned passed by the Minister, certain observations have been made about the irregularities alleged to have been committed by the respondent No.3. None of those observations shall come in the way of the parties in prosecuting further remedy.

The petition is dismissed.
