By the present application, the applicant/respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 seek withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant.

The appeal came to be withdrawn and award came to be passed in the National Lok-Adalat. Therefore, the applicants-original claimants are entitled to withdraw the decretal amount deposited by the appellant.

It is informed that respondent No.2 died and her death certificate has been filed on record. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are the legal heirs of respondent No.2 and they are already on record. Therefore, the permission is granted to respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 to withdraw the remaining amount in terms of the award.

The share of deceased-respondent No.2 shall be distributed equally amongst respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
