DATE : April 20, 2016 By this application, the appellant seeks permission to serve the respondent Nos.1 and 2 by substituted service. By order dated 13/04/2016, the Registrar (Judicial) was requested to examine whether ingredients of provisions of Order 5 Rule 20(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 were satisfied. A report has been submitted on 18/04/2016 stating therein that such ingredients have been satisfied. In view thereof, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as per provisions of Order 5 Rule 20(1) of the Code. Civil application is disposed of.
