The aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.

The applicant submits that the applicant has not received any notice from the Advocate as stated in the order dated 14.06.2019.

Considering the averments made in the application especially in paragraph 10 and the same found to be satisfied, we allow the application and restore the Letters Patent Appeal No.510 of 2009 to the file.
