The petitioners through Shri S.G. Jagtap, learned counsel for the petitioners, seek leave to withdraw Writ Petition No. 623 of 2005. It is pointed out that the controversy is compromised amicably between the parties and settlement has been reached in presence of Respondent No. 2 - Board.
Shri Mirza, learned counsel who appears for respondent No. 3 - employer accepts the settlement between the parties.
Ms. H.N. Prabhu, learned AGP appears for respondent No. 1. Nobody appears for respondent No. 2 - Board.
In this situation, as the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petition, we allow the present civil applicant and Writ Petition No. 623 of 2005 is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
