DATED : 06.03.2020 In view of the order of non-bailable warrant, the accused is produced before us. He is in custody. Shri Sheikh Sabahat Ullah, learned counsel for the appellant has filed appearance for the appellant/accused along with an application for releasing him on bail. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that earlier lawyer who was engaged to work out the matter has not intimated about listing of the matter. Further assurance is given that the appellant will continue to appear before this Court as and when the matter is be taken up for hearing. As such, the application is allowed on same terms on which he was earlier released.

As prayed, the appellant is directed to be released on execution of cash surety of Rs.10,000/-.

Application stands allowed in above terms.
