CORAM :- NITIN W. SAMBRE AND ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ. DATE :- 25th JULY, 2024 In Civil Contempt Petition No.107/2018, in the development plan the land of the petitioners which was reserved for establishment of slaughter house is being looked into.

The petitioners have questioned the reservation in the present Writ Petition.

In the said Contempt Petition the respondents have already earmarked different land than the one which was reserved i.e. petitioners' land.

In that view of the matter, in our opinion, nothing remains for adjudication in the present petition. However, we keep the option open to the petitioners to approach in case if any fresh cause arises. 5.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
