Leave to amend the application is granted. The petitioner is permitted to substitute the name of Mr. Mangesh Vasant Mohite by newly posted incumbent. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

By this application, the learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner seeks leave to add the newly posted incumbents as respondent Nos.1(a) and 2(a) in the instant contempt petition, as the present contemnors got transferred.

Considering the reasons, the application is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant/
