By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of Second Appeal St.No.17815 OF 2015 to which the Registrar of this Court has refused registration by order dated 23.10.2015 for non-removal of office objections.

Subject to removing of the office objections within a period of six weeks from today, the delay is condoned and order of the Registrar is set aside. The civil application so also the misc. civil application are disposed of accordingly.
