For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of it's prayer clause. Criminal Application [ABA] No.114/2018 :
After hearing this matter for some time, I am of the view that both the complainant and the applicant can come to a negotiating table so as to settle their differences. The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by the learned Counsel Shri Chopde for the complainant, agree that possibility to amicable settlement can certainly explore in this case. In view of the above, stand over to 16th of April, 2018.
