He has also filed acknowledgment in that regard.

Admittedly, after taking back the papers from the learned Counsel Shri Solao, no lawyer was engaged by the appellant in this matter.

In that view of the matter, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursing this matter. Accordingly appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
