This Court by judgment and order dated 31.07.2024 imposed the costs of Rs.5,00,000/- on non-applicant No.2 - Karimullah Mohammed Mabtan. Since no cost was deposited by the non-applicant No.2, therefore, the Collector, Hyderabad, Telangana State requested to recover the cost. Pursuant to which, the Collector, Hyderabad has submitted a report informing that the non-applicant No.2 - Karimullah Mohammed Mabtan has shifted his residing address from the said premises and re-located details are not traceable. Since the amount of fine is to be recovered as land revenue, therefore, the Collector, Hyderabad be informed to trace non-applicant No.2 - Karimullah Mohammed Mabtan and recover the fine amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. The Collector, Hyderabad to submit a report in next three months to this Court about the development and attempt made by them in this regard.
