This Court was not inclined to entertain this petition in view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Chandrashekhar s/o Manohar Tanksale v. Pandharinath s/o Vithobaji Neware reported in 2013(6) Mh.L.J. 377 with enunciates that the objection on the ground of absence of permission under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 does not touch the inherent jurisdiction of the Court.
