We do not find any ground to entertain this review application, particularly when the order of which review is sought, was passed, the reported decision of this Court in Prabhakar s/o Mallikarjun Suryawanshi & others vs. State of Maharashtra - 2018(3) Mh.L.J. 503 was not specifically pointed out to the Court. It is the contention of the learned Counsel

cao.672.19 2/2 for the petitioner, in spite of knowing fully well the law laid down by this Court, the petition was dismissed with liberty to exhaust the alternate remedy. Now, reopening of that order would amount to rehearing of the matter.

The review application is, therefore, dismissed. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to point out the decision of this Court to the appellate authority for deciding the appeal.
