Writ Petition is yet to be admitted. Petitioners seek leave to raise additional grounds to assail acquisition. Though respective counsel for respondents are opposing amendment, in the situation, we allow the application. Necessary amendment be carried out immediately. Learned Counsel for respondent no.3 submits that no additional reply needs to be filed by said respondent as a consequence of this amendment. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
