DATE : 6.4.2016 Heard Shri R.R. Prajapati, advocate for the applicant and Shri N.B. Jawade, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant is arrested on 16 th February, 2016 in crime registered against her for the offence punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Though the application is opposed on the ground that the investigation is in progress and if applicant is released on bail she

2 ba171.16 may influence the witnesses, in my view, considering the fact that the applicant is a lady having 8 year old daughter and 3 year old son, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:

(i) The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.68/2016 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) and one solvent surety in the like amount. (ii) The application is allowed in the above terms. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.328/2016 In view of disposal of main application, this application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
