It is brought to our notice that names of respondent nos. 2 and 3 have been incorrectly mentioned. According to applicants due to said mistake, despite order of withdrawal dated 25.01.2023, the amount was not disbursed.

In view of above, applicants are permitted to correct names of respondent nos. 2 and 3 in the appeal memo. Necessary amendment Rgd.

Order 1403caf738.23 be carried out forthwith. The order dated 25.01.2023 be effected as per corrected names and the amount be disbursed in the name of respondent nos. 2 and 3 as prayed in the civil application.
