The registration of the Writ Petition was refused for want of removal of office objections. The Registrar (J) by its order dated 16/12/2024 passed the impugned order. There is delay of 26 days in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition. The application is supported by an affidavit of the learned counsel for the applicant. The reasons for non-removal of office objections and for delay are hereby accepted. As such, the present application is allowed.

Delay in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition is hereby condoned.

The registration of the Writ Petition was refused by an order dated 16/12/2024 passed by Registrar (J) of this Court for want of removal of office objections. It is due to inadvertent mistake by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the matter could not be marked. As such, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The order dated 16/12/2024 passed by Registrar (J) is hereby quashed and set aside.

Registry is directed to restore the Writ Petition on its original stamp number.

After restoration of Writ Petition, the petitioner to remove office objections within a period of three weeks. 11.
