The petition is against an interim order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, in an application under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act.

Both the parties are agreeable that the application under Section 41-A of the MPT Act should be decided on merits within the stipulated period of time, till which time, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 11, upon instructions, agrees not to execute the interim order, accepting which statement, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.12 the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, to decide the application under Section 41-A of the MPT Act on merits, within a period of two months from today, without being influenced by the observations made in the interim order.
